My Study Abroad in Japan

  Picture this: gorgeous weather, open road, almost no traffic, and a playlist that somehow keeps getting better. And then the perfect song comes on (Couldn't imbed the song in the blog, so I made a short video) Now playing: "Untitled" - Paige&Suno Spending a few quiet days at Mom and Dad’s before everything suddenly becomes airports, train stations, and unfamiliar streets.

  The 7-day countdown has officially started, and my emotions are currently oscillating between: “This is happening? 😐” and “THIS IS HAPPENING! 🤩”  Packing has mostly turned into me sitting on the floor surrounded by clothes asking increasingly specific questions like:  Does this go with my skirts? Does this work with my vests? Could I wear this three days in a row in different combinations? Does this match my day bag? Do I really need this many shirts? I swear there’s a floor under here somewhere.  At this point, I think I’ve mostly decided what I’m bringing. Mostly.  Probably.  Maybe. Current Status: Bags: packed ✅ Passport: ready ✅ Itinerary: prepped ✅ Dictionaries: downloaded ✅ Emotional state: somewhere between calm and vibrating through walls ⚠️ Japan, here I come!
